Pizza is a pain to make if you try from scratch. IN high school I did one of those pizza kits and the dough wouldn't roll out right.

I had a similar problem with my dough Kameiya. I decided to lump it back together, roll it out, slap it, and then put it in the pan and finished shaping it from there.

I find homemade pizza super duper delicious! Better than any pizza you can get from those popular fast food chains. Could just be me but I've always loved how soft and chewy my pizzas were. Add plenty of cheese and you've pretty much created heaven right in your kitchen. (≧ڡ≦*)
Anchovy pizza, in my opinion, is heaven to me. <3

Ew to the anchovies. But thats basically how my pizza turned out. The dough was fluffy, bottom of crust was crisp, the edges weren't too bad.

Aww. ;w; I think anchovies are pretty delicious~! It's pineapples that I don't understand lol. Mhmm, that's exactly how my pizzas turn out after baking them.

Korean Spicy pork belly. (It can go well with chicken breast or beef rib eye as well. Just need to add oil to the pan)
Usually served with rice and lettuce ( I forgot to buy lettuce...)
Before cooking, you should defrost your meat in refrigerator a day before.
First the ingredient:
Meat source: I used pork belly
Vegetable: 7 garlic, 4 green onion, 1 onion
Sauce and spice: 1/4 cup korean hot pepper paste, 1 tbsp light soy, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/3 tbsp ginger paste or real ginger finely chopped, 2 tbsp red pepper flakes.
Type of rice: white rice
1.First I made my white rice in a rice cooker. Washed of with water to rinse of any dirt or bacteria. Made some extra batches for tonight stored in the fridge.
2.I washed up and finely chopped veggies and move it into the plate. Washed the board and knife.
3.Sliced up the pork belly strip into bite size pieces and put it into a pan or wok
4.Put in all of spices in on the pork, start your heat. Pork does not need oil, because it release fat oil within the meat at correct temperature. Just cook it together and stir for a bit until everything is mixed.
5.Put in your veggies and stir together for a 15 minute or so. Make sure to have it at medium to medium high (depends on your stove power) mine was strong so I had to maintain at little less than medium power.
6. Once it is finished, Stored left over in fridge within a container. Cleaned up. and done.
Simple spicy Korean dish! Disclaimer, this is not my original recipe
