I'm going to make it after dinner when my roommates home so the 2nd one doesn't go to waste. Although I'm assuming he'll accept it.

Not sure how to help for all those gluten free people. But the trick for good pizza dough is in the flour. You want hi-glutton flour. I like using cold rising yeast. I put the flour in a bucket, with some od the cold rising yeast in a little pocket in the flour. Pour the sugar on top, then some salt to the side (to make sure they dont touch) put oil and water into the mixer first, then the bucket to mix. After its mixed, put in a bin or back and refridgerate for a few hours. Id do it early for dinner later.

When I was finished with the sauce I let it cool put it in a freezer bag and froze it, I just need to heat it up. It should be fine.
