Alcohol and other Controlled Substances

I like drinking. I’m a happy drunk and I usually start dancing and singing. But I’ve also been in a few bar brawls with angry drunks (wasn’t in the actual fight, just the chaos that surrounding it). If you drink the claw, you’re above the law #WhiteClaw2020

Alcohol is the result of fermentation which is what cells use to produce energy when they don't have the oxygen needed for respiration. This is the same process that causes muscle cramps.

I’m immature and social anxiety issues and I drink on 2 occasions. 99% of the time drink alone. 1Having it with a meal. Not to get drunk or heavily buzzed. Like a beer with yakitori and fried rice. 2 I’m so damn bored that it will let me do something and getting loopy will feel good. Like I attended a con and was bored and ugh I just said I’ll get loopy and lie on hotel lobby couches with my ipad and drunk chat my online friends.

Ive started brewing sometime last year and thats been fun.. I only brew hard cider at the moment. Might try my hand at mead some time in the future. In the meantime i want to perfect my cider recipe

I'm setting a goal to quit alcohol for an entire month. I'm used to having an alcoholic beverage every other day, but I don't get the buzz I used to, only the relaxation. I just want to reset my tolerance. To some degree, do I have an addiction to alcohol, I wonder? Or is it that I just want something fun to drink other than friggin water every day? I dunno for sure, but going a month without alcohol will be a good test of how dependent I am on it. For sure, alcohol is a seductive temptress. I'm sure most of us knows somebody close to them that have been completely lost to it. I hope you all are careful out there and practice moderation. There is an old adage that states: “The man takes the first drink, the next drink takes the man”

there is proof alcahole is absorbed in everything but your bones. its like water that your whole body likes. untill it wears off and all poison your body needs it after a while. its kinda weird that as a kid growing up i took pills i hated, but i fount out i needed alcohol later. i felt so good for many years not having to take pills to focouse. it was like i was on coke when i would spit the pill out. not shure how i figured out how to make it look like i took the pills. so later on i drank because the abuse of the school work and taking pills.. it made me have to drink.
