Dreaming up of different ideas

So I was wondering if you could make or build any thing what would it be something that would benefit a community? or an idea you would share, what would it be?

If we're really talking anything, then I'd build something to support the human consciousness after death - Like the heads in a jar idea from Futurama but hopefully something a little more dignified! Or perhaps some kind of utopia. An isolated community unaffected by the rest of the crazy world, free from religion and crime. Let's pop it under the ocean to make it impenetrable. Sod it, I'll just play Bioshock.

I'm actually planning to innovate third world countries' buildings structures by integrating a cheaper and organic design to all buildings, remaining with minimalist and futuristic architecture styles or maybe making my dream of a submarine cruise , spherical shaped and full of transparencies as a medium of transport, business and living at the same time. Just imagine the possibilities for both. Development and innovation for those that couldn't grasp these luxuries before.

wow all those ideas sound amazing, mariahaise your reads as an very ingenious idea. See I probably change the way we teach children in schools let them find what their good at and give them skills to work together with out setting the the subjects they should learn. Also do you think we use the internet in the most effective way? .In my opinion it seems we only use the internet mostly to project our own self, maybe we could learn one day to use the internet to connect ideas more together as a group that could help other groups of people.

I would like to work on or help build if there isn't already such thing, mechas like in tokyo magnitude 8.0 that would help in natural disaster like hurricanes tornadoes or earthquakes or other end of the world catastrophies, i know they would help save lives without putting other lives at risk like first responders.

@mariahaise - That would be amazing however it would be extremely hard to implement as most "3rd world" countries face intense barriers to basic development (Technological, societal, stability, debt etc) that it is hard for them to be innovates / developers. Due to the nature of the world innovation / new ideas will more that likely be implemented in the "1st world" countries and then imitated over time unless there are radical changes to the world setup. @mick3 - My idea is similar to yours. As children are the future then education is the future we need to be teaching children how to be innovating free thinkers. I believe that the education system should be revamped. There should be core subjects of Reading & Writing, Maths, Science, ICT, Computing and introductory trade skills. Additional subjects should be optional. That every child should take. Kids should be learning in school not just how to pass tests like now but how to think and develop. I believe that we need to make it so that education & development is free and open to all in the world.

I dunno if my idea is any good as all the great ones already posted but I would love for some way the world became it's own United States or E.U.(European Union)Maybe call it One World United (O.W.U) because these wars on foreign lands are senseless for all of us and we're destroying our own species.Who really cares if we have different opinions on who's god is real or who claims to have the superior country which in my opinion the age were living in is more barbaric than civilized.There isn't ever any dialogue and everyone just wants to talk and not listen.We really need to accept each other for who we are and not for who we are not.If the world can just put down the childish few differences dividing us then we can surely find common ground.Family Values? Sure! Everyone all around the world respects those and wanting to better yourself? Yes.That too.Who doesn't want a career to be proud of.Why can't we just unite with similarities and quit bickering over the silliness.I just wish 7 billion people could get along and grow up.
