Cool new stories Crimson and Aikido. Installment 7 is here (Part 1 on 151, Part 2 on 166, Part 3 on 214, Part 4 on 220, Part 5 on 246, Part on 253): Relief flooded over Veruca as she took all this in. At last she had something to work towards and that could keep her mind off of all the romance in the village. “Lay it on me Pika.” “Okay. As you know the shadow stalker preys on vulnerable men. One of the ways to stop it is to use this quality against itself. Namely to make a life sized replica of its victim to draw its attention away from the real person. That is only a temporary solution.” Veruca immediately made a mental note to go and see the village doll maker about making a replica of Arc. “Furthermore,” Pika continued, “the only way to stop the stalker in its tracks is to beat the thing to the punch.” The only reply that Veruca could muster was to blink nervously. She hoped that she heard it wrong. Seeing the disbelief written large on Veruca’s face Pika said, “You heard me right. You have to break into the victim’s house before the stalker does. You’ll have to kiss the victim before he/she is kissed by the shadow. Doing that the stalker will become disinterested and move on, in theory at least.” She was staggered by the librarian’s relevation. She had always thought of kissing Arc but that was from afar. On top of that she would have to break into his house! Her increasingly scattered train of thought was interrupted by Pika saying, “I’m going to try and sleep now. Whoever it is you’re trying to save, I hope it is someone you really like.” With that Pika shuffled off to the back of the house. “It is someone I really like. That will make what I’m about to do a whole lot easier” Veruca whispered solemnly to herself. Veruca made her way to the village doll maker’s workshop. The refreshing morning breeze lifted leaves, and also her spirits, as it blew through the village. On her walk she greeted a groggy Panda and Frost. They still weren’t fully recovered from last night’s excursion so she left them in peace to recover. She finally reached the outer boundary of the village. Nature still held sway in this area and as such it was more of green meadow, with a couple of houses interspersed. She spotted the distinctive maroon house and made her way to it. The thread is pretty much gone XD it was super fun at first but after a while people start losing interest....its just like the truth or dare thread

What? No i wasnt talking to you lol i was just saying this thread used to be fun just like the truth or dare thread but after a while threads like these die down a bit

I love your stories aikido and jester! ^_^ Aww, frost and seabears, you are really getting sick of this thread? I'm a writer at heart so I guess that's why I find this thread so great. Haven't got bored of it at all. I was going to make my story more of an epic, but I can bring it to a close sooner if everybody is getting bored of it. What do you guys think?
