My personal ghost story

You guys know what month it is? My favorite month! I love Halloween; the haunted houses, the pranks, everything. So I decided in the spirit of Halloween that I would share my own personal ghost story with you guys. Do you have a ghost story of your own? Feel free to post it here! here is a story of my personal experience with ghosts. Mind you, I didn't believe in ghosts at all before this happened. I'm not very religious either. When I was in college in Savannah Georgia there was a ton of supposedly haunted places around. For one of my environmental design projects I decided to go to one of Savannah's most haunted places, the Moon River Brewery, and take some photos inside so that I can recreate the building in 3D software. I got the owner's permission to go to the second floor and I took a ton of pictures. When taking texture pictures you have to have a bit of natural light coming in, so I was there at around 3pm. I made sure flash was off on my camera so that I could get clear pictures of textures of walls and such. Here is a picture I took of the second floor. http://i.imgur.com/9gEiPfW.jpg When I looked back at it a day later in Photoshop I blew it up 700% and it looked like it was some kind of orb spiraling in the air. When nobody was looking I snuck up to the restricted 3rd floor, pushing aside the barricade. It is here I started to feel really uncomfortable. There were holes at certain parts of the floor. Everything was old. More than 50 years old. It was just left there. There was a single old briefcase just plopped open in the middle of the hallway. I took pictures. They were reconstruction plans. Beforehand I heard stories that the owners could never reconstruct the third and fourth floors because things like panels of glass would break in the night for no reason. People were even pushed down stairs. I started to get uneasy, but I took a lot more reference pictures. http://i.imgur.com/C9fGfaV.jpg The whole time, I felt like I was being watched. Not from far away, but like somebody was standing right behind me, looking over my shoulder. It's like the feeling you get when somebody is breathing on the side of your neck. I just laughed it off thinking that the stories had me paranoid. http://i.imgur.com/ltLEZdQ.jpg This picture I took on the third floor was looking out into the hallway in a mirror. As you can see their is some kind of smokey squiggly thing appearing right by where I was standing. Right beside me. On the fourth floor I actually broke out in a full sweat. I was in a room so many people had died in due to yellow fever. It is there I saw the stacked glass panels, meant to replace the old windows. They were stacked in the corner of the room. Each and every one of the panels had the glass punched out. Bricks and other reconstruction stuff were just left out in the open. http://i.imgur.com/T91Mn15.jpg I took a ton of pictures of this room, but only one came out strange. In this picture it looks like an orb is floating in the corner of the room. I went back down to the third floor. I felt most uncomfortable on this floor. Sweat was just running down my back at this point, and my legs started to feel weak. I figured I had enough pictures for textures, so I left. Out of 104 pictures taken that day on a digital camera without flash, these 4 were among the pictures I had no legitimate explanation for. Not even the photo majors I consulted could explain them. After that day at the brewery I now believe in ghosts.

Ghosts are a weird phenomenon entirely. The first thing everyone usually says in those tv shows is they could feel a change in temperature in a certain spot. Ghosts could probably be indeed real if aliens surely are.

Have you watched the episode of Ghost Adventures where they investigate this place? Also, since I have my stories on another thread, I'll just leave this here XD http://maiotaku.com/mytopics/331/mytopics/25707

That is cool. I love Halloween and the paranormal myself. Unfortunately I never have had anything happen to me.

Yeah veru, I watched ghost adventures after going to that brewery. There are some really violent ghosts there. From what I heard from the manager, one of the ghosts is known as the "lady in grey". A couple of months after I visited the brewery I found out my best friend was working there. He recalled a time as a bartender he noticed somebody still at the bar. He told the guy he had to leave, but the old man didn't move and was just hunched over as if he were drunk. He turned his head to call the manager over because he thought the guy was wasted, but when he turned back the man was gone.

They came here about 3 years ago and investigated Fort Chaffey. I don't keep up with their website or hints of where they may investigate but if I had been in Fort Smith that day and saw them I would have geeked out. XD I started watching the show annoyed as hell because Zak was so annoying, but then he kinda grows on you like a fungus and I started watching it regularly for the comedy. Edit -- ah in case anyone watches the show regularly... this was the one where they rode on a trolley and there was an elderly gentleman that they couldn't understand. XD
