It not only has rape and some guro, but also quite a bit of hallucinating from drugging and necrophilia. In my defense,the synopsis actually seemed pretty interesting but oh boy did it not take long to become disturbing. Although I found it pretty hilarious the main was voiced by Miki Shinichiro aka Roy Mustang. It's always fun to see which hentai your favorite seiyuus act in.
Also Maria I have a feeling I may have seen clips from the one you're talking about but I have no inclination to double check. :B

The fact that all the sex noises of one of them was made by a female voice actress made the whole thing all that much more disturbing.
