I did once and that was enough.I was hit with the "I'm not looking for a relationship" line. She gets a boyfriend two days later. I would've preferred her to just outright reject me.

Hmm I dunno I usually wait too long or am not ever that sure.. if I want to have any relationship at the time which I regret I've missed some really decent people but they are happy now so it's better this way then I find out they had a crush only most the time so sometimes they end up liking someone for super long time no matter what after that so I decided from now on to just let people tell me they like me instead feels safer that way for myself.

Yepp, I've had to a couple of times. Most of the time the guys gets the hints right away or I'll get confessed to first, but there's been a couple of times I've had to say it.

I'm fine with confessing to girls. One time I tried to do it with a mixtape full of a bunch of songs I liked and I ended up falling down the stairs and breaking my ankle. I'm not fine with leaving my house to meet a girl. The outside... it's too scary.
