I don't give head pats at random. I need a reason to do so. And if someones not into head pats, then I won't do it.

maybe? i guess it depends but i would like a pat on the head if it was from a friend or someone i love i would not mind otherwise strangers prepare for a glare and awkward shuffle away from you >_>

If I'm familiar enough with them I could care less, unless it's before I'm about to perform. I like to dance with well kept hair, thanks. On another note I absolutely do not like people using me as an armrest. Just because I'm short doesn't mean I like that shit. >:I
