I'm happy even if i'm single, but every now and then I get despair That i'm single. I'm not that desperate to be in a relationship fast. I can take my time when to be in a relationship.

Just became single, fucking feels like I don't have a sack of rocks on my shoulders just doing nothing but bitching in my ears and telling me I don't do anything or care. Feels good, can go about my business until I find someone I can cherish and who loves me without belittling me.

Gotta say, it probably just depends on your past experiences. I started dating earlier than most of my friends did, and went through this sort of blitz in my high school years. Now I'm in university (just started), and while I've been single for 2 years now most of my friends are at the age where having an SO is pretty common. It's just weird seeing all these people that I'm used to being single now with a partner, while I'm here sort of living my single life. It's kinda lonely sometimes. That being said, I'm having fun having the freedom to meet lots of new people, but a relationship would be nice.

Yeah I'm happy. My last relationship was nice, but rather exhausting at the same time. It has been great to be able to have fun with no strings attached. It's looking like that might be coming to an end though, which is fine. As many perks as being single might have, it's nice to have someone to care for. Or maybe that's just the romantic in me talking lol
