Why does everyone want love but at the same time almost everyone is afraid of it and doesnt want it. Like its practically taboo to go on a dating app and say you want to fall in love. We're all thinking it, but your not gonna get much success if you say that

but relationships are about compromises, not selfishness sure, it may be futile to try and be selfless, but the odds of you breaking up with someone that you dated around for are the same i recommend just taking things slow with someone you like and not jumping into anything thats why the best relationships start out as friendships, because thats what a relationship is at its core a friendship

I see myself when I am 30 as a 30 year old boomer. Happily married with children already there or on the way. And I will achieve that no matter the cost.

Well dating is not the same as being in a committed relationship. What dating is, is seeing if you and the other person click before you make any commitments, there is no cheating because nothing is official yet when you're just dating someone because dating just means that you hang out, have fun and if it clicks hook up. I'm not gonna "shop around" once I've met someone who I wanna get serious with and start an actual committed relationship with that person.
