Double Standards

What type of double standards annoy you? The only double standard i hate is not being able to defend myself against a women when she's obviously trying to kill me....

@xueli, yeah. I don't think either gender should be trying to hurt the other, and if she has a knife in her hand and is about to literally kill you, I'm pretty sure you can defend yourself. Why get into a situation with a crazy in the first place? o.o

You'd be surprised. Of course i wouldn't be in a situation like that ever. I've had guys come up and say that they would punch ME in the face if i tried to defend myself against a women. I was at a lost for words like that pic that shows the guy pointing his index finger up about to say something but doesn't say nothing at all.

My least favorite double standard is equality. The demand for equal treatment and respect. When asked to stop talking to someone because that person isn't respecting my relationship, I will do so. If my partner has someone like that in her life though...-insert he is just a friend, we've been friends for years, he's in a relationship, its harmless flirting here- mutual respect is important to me and I often find younger women struggle with holding up their end on it.

Nah it's true. from time time of birth most men in this country are thought it's wrong to hit a girl, but women can do it all they want. Used to be back in my school days you'd get made fun of for even getting hit by girls even though you can't really do anything about it. If you defend yourself the other guys would beat the shit out of you for being rough with a girl, even if it's just defense. Of course everyone always takes the girl's side too, even if she just randomly decided to attack you. Pointing out this double standard would get most guys labeled a cry baby or sissy. There's really no way to win. Even in more violent assaults women can claim guys started it and people will usually take their side without much of any evidence. I even knew a handicapped guy once that was raped and no one believed him or cared.

yeah namaniiamani, he went to the police and everything but they did nothing. Said that some people even complemented him on it.
