Personally, I won't date a smoker. If you want to fuck up your own health, then that's your decision. I just don't you to fuck up my lungs with your second hand smoke and pollute the air I breathe.

It's a really big minus for me. If I still like or grow to like the person then I'll try to get them to stop smoking.

I'd say it's a slight minus, but I wouldn't mind too much as long as they smoke outside.

I don't care if the person smokes per say... i mean, if you want to you can. I just don't find it attractive at all. But that probably partly comes from growing up with parents that smoke constantly.
