hi im jessica! i came to the site mostly out of boredom, but now i want to make friends! ive always loved anime but have never been public about it bcuz most ppl in my school dont like 'otakus'. anyway, i want to find a sweet guy who likes anime too! hot guys are cool, but i think cute guys are better :P all the guys ive been with have just used me to get attention, etc. im tired of all that... sometimes i feel like theres really no one out there for me. what should i do to find "real" guys? :(

Be yourself, dont hide from who you are. If others dont like you because of your interests, then theyre just narrow-minded! Besides, you'd be surprised how many people are like you, if you 'come out' (so to speak) no doubt there will always be someone nearby you didnt expect! It can open a lot of doors! As for real guys, dont look....if you look you wont find one. If you just get on with whatever it is you do, one will find you!

Simon knows what his saying. I think there should be plenty of guys that like anime in California. You guys have some if the biggest conventions so I think your chances are good. Relax have fun be honest and open about who you are even if it means you have to stand up for your self. It will all work out in the end. You will love your self more for it.
