@Kohagura I also thought people would come talk to me. They didn't. Most people aren't going to talk to you. You have to be the one to talk to them.

I don't really know about flirting in real life much, I mean I've only ever been with two guys in real life, and they started out as friendships, where the guy would eventually say something like "I like you".

During my depression period, I'd binge watch through shoujo anime and manga, watch K-dramas and play VNs. They had this "feel-good" effect on me that happened when I finished one, and realized how beautiful the story was. Problem is, my good nature got taken advantage off on multiple occasions, and comparing my reality and my fantasy did nothing but hurt me further. Despite that, I would keep on playing/watching/reading, since those love filled stories were the only moments of solace I could obtain...

I never cared for if the guy had a car... both of the guys I've been with had their mom/aunt drive. They were nice. Actually I think maybe one of them did somewhat "flirt" with me before we got together... I didn't think of it as flirting really, but other people said it was. We were just very playful and he'd start "tickle fights" with me a lot. So we did laugh a lot together. We also were coworkers in a Disney store so we were often in the back room of the store goofing off and making fun of the toys. XD
