Middle of the night?
I have some good green tea infused with jasmine and what's even better is adding a bit of blueberry tea to it instead of sugar. Or, the standard chamomile, rooibos or peppermint tea. Can't have caffeine so late.

Lots of teas have lots of caffeine. Black tea, in particular.

Go the herbal route and even then, research what has caffeine or doesn't. Green teas and chamomile are usually a pretty safe bet.

Tea actually has more caffeine than coffee, it's just a slower burn. Coffee gives you one big hit, while tea is made for the long game. (That's my understanding of it anyway)
