Anybody here have a six pack?

Hey guys, I've been trying to finally get a six pack this year and I'm getting close. My body fat ratio is in the right area and I can see some definition, but it feels like I'm too underweight. Does anybody have any tips to keep my weight up and still keep a low body fat ratio?

Eat protein at least 200 grams a day and use alot of chest workouts check out six pack shortcuts on youtube by mike chang he can give you loads of great tips it helped me but if you wanna keep a six pack train alot of your upper body weekly and take healthy brakes every few months the break should be at least a week or two

Getting a six pack is too much trouble, I always get 12 packs to save a trip.

you have to keep up whatever you do as a work out. It's not easy looking good

lmfaooo mike chang is full of bullshit, u dont even know just look up "cutting diet" to get shredded, everyone has abs, you just need to get to that low body fat ratio, and do some abdominal exercises but if you wanna put on size, your gonna have to eat eat and eat, a bulking diet basically, and then get on the cutting diet to get the definitions

my biggest advice is to not follow any of mike chang's advice he is like an echo chamber, he says what people wanna hear, there is no quick easy way, its very simple just check your macros

Lol, Neet. Was not expecting a joke out of you. I guess I do need to eat more and then cut back. Today was free office food catering day so I ate the following: 4 bowls of salami/turkey salad 4 six inch subs Two small bowls of ice cream I disturb the people at the office but I'm always so hungry @_@

I'll try doing more pull-ups though. I do kendo training for 2.5 hours almost every weekday plus jogging, but no specific ab exercises.
