What the f*** is square enix thinking?!

I just want to now...WHY are they releasing the new DISSIDIA as an arcade game, we need console/pc ports of this awesome game

If it does well, chances are we will get it eventually. A lot of people forget that the arcade scene is thriving in Japan, so it's a good place to test some things.

Yeah but as far as i now there were a good bunch of games that didnt come out of the arcades but i see your point and i agree

I think we need more arcade games out there and to give people more insensitive to visit them. Arcades are all but dead in the states and barely holding on in japan (not thriving). I really rather not see them go.

In Japan, the arcade is still up and running, and is suprisingly popular as far as I know. I think (I'm not 100% sure) but I think Arcades and Handheld are the 2 biggest platforms in Japan. Which is exactly where Dissidia have been all along, Handheld and now Arcade :3

Arcade games almost always see a console port. I'm super optimistic of its chances to come to PS4 at the least. The real question is when it'll happen.
