Your Origins

One as myself, wonders the world in search for answers. Finding them can be rewarding while some are nothing but a waste of time. The most rewarding answers to e are the ones that involve origins. Either your own or others. What are your origins? And how do they shape you to do what you do?

Well, one night back around '83, my dads condom broke and here I am. True story, I was only told as an adult that I was an oops baby...Explains so much...meh...such is life.

Born in the city of oranges. relocated regularly for years with a father who grew more tired of me and my mother's company every day. Abused and neglected we soon found ourselves abandoned in a far off land. After half a year's time she traveled on her own back home to confront the man that left us there. Another half a year passed and she was able to make arrangements for my own return, where I discovered a new home waiting for me. The years passed and we relocated a number of times with many ups and downs, good and bad times. Upon coming of age I began working and was able to help support my mother. I traveled near and far for work, and we still continued to relocate homes every few years. Had some run ins with my father over the years, most weren't very pleasant. Eventually I strayed from the path and lost my motivation to return to it for many years. I suppose you could say the story is to be continued.

My parents fled Equatorial Guinea during the war and my mother gave birth to me in Paris, France. I grew up mostly surrounded by women, counting my mother, cousins, aunts and grandma, with my father by away overworking himself to earn enough to pay the bills and feed us all. being the only black boy in the perimeter, I had to deal with racism and bullying at young age. My parents finally divorced, and with my mother having to shift her attention to my newly born little brother, I had to learn to fend up for myself. I had to move left and right, shifting between my dad and mother, which prevented me from making friends, but allowed to pick up Spanish and English along the way. My father remarried and decided to take me and my little brother 'back to our roots', where we both had trouble fitting in due to our ...'different views on life'? Either way, my father having a close relationship to our president, he managed to found a company and became rich pretty quickly. With the money came the status and of course the problems, as I became the target of lobotomized gold diggers across the nation. I managed to finish high-school, and grabbed the first plane to the UK in the hopes of getting away from it all, and start a more independent life... Aaand now I'm here.

I came from another world. In my world I lived in the capital city Grendorkog, in the country of Dalvigscren. But as I was on a break from duty, I was attacked by an unknown entity and was thrown into an abyss, sending me to this world. The principles of going from one world to another is a lot more complicated. Since you never existed in that world, you had to be 'reborn' as you were forced into it. So yeah, like 15 or so years I was a "normal" human, but something struck me like lightning, and my true self was reformed, I still look the same, sadly, but I gained my power back. Well, some of it, the rest I had to train my new "body" to use/learn. But anyhow, now I continue to find the shithead that brought me here, and get back somehow. I miss home... *Sob*... BUT! I will not give up hope! So, what about you guys? *Stares*
