Fallout New Vegas. I glitched and was in a permanent death situation. Had to get out of it T_T

Star Ocean til the end of time. There was a hidden switch in an open treasure chest that I didn't bother to go to for some dumb reason, and then i forgot about it. I spent probably 2 hours going through the level trying to figure out what i missed.

Dark Souls most annoying bosses on normal were Ornstein and Smough, annoying boss on NG+ is Four Kings, the Four kings were easy in normal but in NG+ they got tooo boosted >w> like 4 times the HP .

I kind of Frustrated that I sold my PS2 like 2 years ago. Sold it with my favorite game. Tekken. :(

Metal Gear Solid 2 when i heard on the internet guides? somewhere that i am able to get the ninja outfit with katana if i collected all dogtags from every difficulty mode. Apparently i didn't get it or missed out on a tag somewhere, All that work TT. But most soul crushing was This War of Mine when you kill certain people, people die or if you do somehow help or not able to help them out really brings out the feelings.
