Hello everybody I would like to ask a important question or at least to me what do you feel about transhumanism. Are you for the practices of enhancing the body or are you more comfortable with the practices of remaining our natural way?

If by transhumanism you mean replacing my arms with cybernetic arms then yes. Maybe I could replace my legs with a set of legs that could make me actually find pants in my size. I'd be down for it, as long as it works as well or better than the body parts I already have.

Trans-humanism is one of my main research subjects >.> working towards cybernetic prosthetics for now, but ultimately I want to get into bio-nano enhancements for an all around upgrade (and if possible immortality in a sense) Soooo...I guess you could say I'm for it? Though I wish we would be able to keep with our natural evolution sadly I think that if we were to continue our natural evolution we would not improve, but start to degrade (if we haven't started already) considering that natural selection doesn't really play a part in this day and age, we're left with a pool of genetics that only serves to drive our evolution southward. Factor in the fact that what the majority of the human race does from day to day is menial labor or just non strenuous compared to how things were before the industrial revolution. If things were to continue as is there's a good chance that people will evolve naturally into weaker (both physically and immune system wise), not as smart, quite possibly a large portion having physical or mental defects, and having little to no toes...maybe just like...a flipper for a foot or something...

I'm pretty sure that however I worked the bicycle angle...you'd end up looking something like this:

But...I mean if that's what you're going for then yeah...that'd be pretty simple...

@Karasu It's seriously one of your main subjects eh? Very nice indeed.
I also agree with you entirely, on the whole degrading part.
Such signs have already started to show already.
I can only imagine what it'll be like in another 30 or so years.
As for the original topic, i'm all for it as well.
