Thoughts on transhumanism

Why would you directly attach an implant to the human body? That's a terrible idea, the human body doesn't take kindly to foreign objects. No, the cybernetic prosthetics would be controlled via a brain implant and attached not directly to the bone or anything but with a harness of sorts. This way it can be taken off easily and serviced if need be. internal implants will probably be have to be kept to a bare minimum to avoid any rejection.
