Forgetful Mommy ® @wei_ying Why he do the poor British person like that? XD And him being mad at the lack of meat is hilarious, but true, why are the pics mostly desserts? I feel him on the corn actually being in cornbread thing...our mom made that variation of it before and it stinks, mainly because I just hate corn lol. I wish he could see our mom's Thanksgiving dinner, cause everything-and I mean EVERYTHING is juicy and moist. We usually make a charcuterie board that looks like a turkey so we have a light snack while waiting (pepperoni, salami and various cheeses and crackers); then for dinner we have turkey (beautifully plated cause our mom doesn't half anything), creamy mashed potatoes with homemade gravy (everything is homemade though lol), bread rolls, the world's most moist mac and cheese (beautiful cheese pull btw), collard greens, garlic seasoned green beans (or whatever seasoning our mom uses, it's delicious) and corn.

Forgetful Mommy ® @wei_ying Then for dessert we have: ooey-gooey fudge brownies, various ice creams (usually pecan, cookies n' cream, cookie dough and chocolate nuttycone), apple pie, pecan pie and pumpkin pie (that's for me). Seeing this video low-key makes me want to start a restaurant chain-thing that opens on Thanksgiving, and it's dedicated to giving people actually delicious Thanksgiving dinner, because everyone deserves food made with love. And most of these meals WERE NOT it XD.

The baddest bitch @joemama711 Can't eat at everyone's house and the Brits and the French stay catching strays. I think it just depends on how their family feels about it and that effort showed. I tried mac n cheese for the first time and I didn't care for it honestly but my parents don't like too much flavor. At work they also gave out cooked turkeys and ham but the turkey had no flavor either imo. It was from Honey baked ham

The baddest bitch @joemama711 Both and it was already cooked and seasoned, it was a lazy thanksgiving but my mom made potatoes and green beans, Mac n cheese fresh. The turkey was seasoned, my parents wouldn't like it if I flavored it plus I didn't wanna do anything

Forgetful Mommy ® @wei_ying Aww, my grandma is 73 now, so they definitely are grandparent age. My family tease about our grandma having English taste buds because her side of the family (I think her dad's side?) are from England, and you know how they say British people can't cook/have no taste in good food, we joke that way about her and say that's her English side lol. But, luckily our mom knows how to season food.
