Don't worry, my taste in anime is also trash. I'm liking Mob Psycho a lot myself, and I'm really far behind on Amaama to Inazuma but it's so damn cute and I want to catch up. Really, it's commendable how much you watch despite working so much haha. But I can sympathize, I work full time and have a long commute and it really wears me down.
Also your taste can't be that bad if you like Yowamushi, that show's godly.
