Considering the fact that you study forensic science, maybe you will be interested in this manga.I read several volumes of it a few years ago.The authors added so much information concerning forensic science to their work!! http://imgx.xiawu.com/xzimg/i4/i4/11531034400128390/T1Z0ObXqxfXXXXXXXX_!!0-item_pic.jpg

redtempest
RedTempest @redtempest No, but that picture/drawing looks amazing. O_O
redtempest
RedTempest @redtempest And why can I only find work from her on amazon in french? That's strangely specific.

Sorry. Not having made a mistake for so long is a high accomplishment for me. Usually i have a typo in almost every post.

That was a typo. I end up with those a lot. It was supposed to be better. Not netter.
redtempest
RedTempest @redtempest aaaaaaah now I get it. XD Until now you didn't make a single mistake so I was trying to figure out what you meant. Which was quite difficult because netter is an actual word. :d

Now I'm confused. Where did you see netter?

Agreed. Unfortunately what makes you netter usually is boring or very frustrating.

Your drawing problems revolves around not seeing every detail in your mind of what you on paper? You challenge yourself to a time set drawing limit to help improve? Basically, practice?
redtempest
RedTempest @redtempest But just saying practice is so boring.
redtempest
RedTempest @redtempest Oh but the time part doesn't matter. I just meant that if you got free time you got time to draw even if it is real short.

I can. I have been writing down my imagination since I was a child. I want to be an author but I need to get there. I have heard of people with imagination but can't write it down. Can you draw your imagination? I'm not good with that.
redtempest
RedTempest @redtempest I'm okay at it not great, but okay. If you can't draw what you want it is mostly likely because of not enough understanding of perspective (at least this is the problem that I had/have). How to make a image of something and make it seem like something? You can't make that up. A square will have to have 4 corners for people to know that it is a square. So what does your drawing need to make it understandable. For instant it's pretty hard to make a 2D sketch of something 3D (like a cartoon version of a person). (rule 2 of stories) So the advice for that (and I give this advice to myself too) is to just draw a lot of things (not your imagination). You got 5 min. to spare draw something! After 200-500 drawings (small or big) it will have improved. You just need to know how to translate your thoughts (like languages) to drawings, it doesn't fit perfectly but after some adding and rearranging you get what you desire. Same thing I have to do with writing, actually XP I think I explained my perspectief on that pretty well for what I can now, but you can see why I have to practice writing. :d
redtempest
RedTempest @redtempest Let me split that up XD
