Oh that happens time to time. There are songs and singers that just make me stop, listen and think about the past. Songs like Evangelions opening, Cowboy Bebops ending, Hack.//Signs music, original Arslan Senkis ending and other anime themes from the ones that I saw first when I started to watch anime a lot. Some songs also through out the years tend to have left an impression that trigger nostalgic feelings too from Ghost in the Shells Stand Alone Complex to Clannad After Story etc. Same with game ending songs. Mhh~ I haven't tried Yuja tea before but it looks very tasty. I must be also very careful because of my fructose intolerance - Honey let me (not literally) die. Today, I was at the asian market ang bought alot of tasty stuff and I picked that aloe drink. Hello. Now let's try this again. ^^ Week has gone well and yeah, weekend is here. Trying to fix my sleep schedule a bit to get rid of some bad habits. Now I can relax, do some house cleaning and go to sauna tomorrow as the it's not too hot at the moment. True. Saunas are great for you. It cleanses your body and skin, helps you sleep better and also is good for your heart. Just don't go when you have the flu or headache as it gets worse then. Being naked in the sauna might be difficult for those who have not gotten accustomed to it but just think of it like going to a public shower in a spa or swimming pool when the genders have been split on their own areas. Theres no comparing or staring going on unless someone is a jackass. Men and women genrally have their own public sauna areas so no fear of that. And if its mixed the people are in swimsuits if it's that kind of place. And of course at home or in the building saunas you can go alone and enjoy it at your own time. Korean saunas sound nice. We might have some similar ones in here but not sure. Some finns btw use pirch branches/leaves to hit themselves to the back and chest to get the sweat going. Refreshes you and gives a nice smell to the sauna. Personally I don't do that but for some it's a thing with going to swim in a lake or roll in the snow in winter when enjoying the full sauna experience. Older folk tend to do that. Hope your doing well there too and things are ok.
