Also, not sure if you're familiar with Koichi Sugiyama at all? But here's something pretty cool to listen to. It's a symphonic suite from Dragon Quest III. It's like a combination of all of the town themes from the game. All of the tracks are pretty interesting and diverse. Especially the track that plays around 1:24ish. It's my personal favorite.
