Throw a fart jar in that storm package. Added bonus from me. Now those Tea drunks have got a tornado that stinks just as much as it destroys coming their way. I don't have many Irish roots, but my galbud is born and raised in Cork, so that was for her. (Fuck Northern Ireland tho)

In the questions before I specify you can order what drink you'd want, but that tea is what is expected. ;p I do hate Brits and will be glad to package the storm and send it to them as a 'thanks' from the Ires for Bloody Sunday. Seduce a tornado? Sure, it's your life to live.

They we in favor of the Black n Tans and the sending of Irish orphans to Australia, y'know all those 'criminals' Britain shipped there. I've always liked jesters. Maybe coz this one show I watched as a lad had this jester. His name was literally fucking "Jester" if I recall correctly. That guy was my favorite. Goofy sure, but he was cool. Looked like he was wearing pajamas tho.

I remember the first time I encountered Cicero. It was magical.

Veru @verucassault I actually lucked out and caught the early mission first thing right out of White Run where you help him with the wagon he's transporting Mother in. It's such an easy side quest to miss.

Veru @verucassault Cicero is a so-called Jester located just outside of Loreius Farm on the road beside a broken horse drawn carriage.

Veru @verucassault That's where you can meet him before Dark Brotherhood.

Highway Curly @forgetmenot I remember I met Cicero on the first dragon fight outside Whiterun. I regret not giving him the time of day. I ended up liking him as a member of the Brotherhood. Soon as I saw him in the Sanctuary I remembered I'd seen him back helping fight the dragon at whiterun. Next playthrough I avoided fast travel in hopes of finding it, but no luck.

Veru @verucassault I think I'm just drawn to psychopathic eccentrics. He and Neloth were the best characters.

Highway Curly @forgetmenot I feel like those who met him for the first time on the road like that are lucky in that they get learn more about Cicero, maybe even start to like him during that quest.
