Hopefully you'll get the chance when you get your break after all of the finals and such. I would probably think somewhat the same, things I want to do before I think of getting kids. It can be time consuming as you say, when that happens I stop talking to a few. So it's more directed to selected people, since giving time to everyone at the same time is not fun, even though it's interesting talking to different people. I definitely wanna look for work! I need extra money and some computer issues have caused me to have to limit how many commissions I can take. I'd love to travel but I don't know how realistic that is for me at the moment lol But thank you for making me think about things more! I'm sorry I'm so slow to reply, I haven't been as active as I'd like to be on here.

No, my schedule has just gotten more. My training and working at the same time is very tiring. I've been trying to respond to you in December and again in Jan but for wjat ever reason, it wouldnt post, so if you get it again, I guess this would be an update. So I want to apologize as I was not ignoring your post. For adopting vs buying? I see pros and cons to both. A majority of people want to have a pet for at least 5 plus years or more. But with rescues comes baggage and health. Not all rescued dogs have health problems or horrible baggage though. Kota my rescue is now 5 years old and she is very timid of people, she will turn and avoid you if you walk towards her, even if you dont pay any attention to her. She gets nervious and hides when you raise your voice louder than normal. (Not a scream but talking louder.) When she's cornered she shuts down and gives up. Not many people want a dog like that. (We dont know if she was abused in her last home. We can only guess what might have happened by her personality. Mishki my bought puppy is now 2 years old. She plays, barks when you raise your voice, but will run to you to be loved on. Would be friendly with strangers, but not let you touch her. If I were to give these two up, I can garentee you that a majority would take mishki. I don't think I can handle adopting an older dog because I want to have a companion that will live well past 7 years after adoption. I admire and look up to people who adopt senior dogs because they have a strength that I don't.
