i love 7 star raids they are so challenging but they are hard asf, but if you play the game for raids then you have the right poke'mon thats basically why i used to play after i finished the game....i just hated that 7 star raids were only once a day but then i found out you can TT then get it again in one day but then the events you connect to the internet and then disconnect and you can have the event until you re connect again!! that was a useful as well!!
Curly-Molto @forgetmenot Nah, I date skip for unlimited 7 star raids. Just go into your switch menu, set the time backwards by a minute, and boom, all tera raids refresh. I also do this to refresh outbreaks for shiny hunting. I would have yo be evil in the pokemon universe at this point. Ripping time to shreds just for a green Espeon.

Tip: Galarian Slowbro dominates literally any tera raid. Not saying it for the memes, I'm actually honest for once. Calm mind/Iron Defense with Stored Power with a Shell Bell. 7 Star Raids have real life beef with me for what horrible atrocities my "Glowbro" performs on them.

my best friend who helped me through the first time gave me a terra raid maxed iron hands and it worked PHENOMONALLY....i need to get him again, before i get into too much raiding i need to do gyms to get higher raids again so yea i'm usually pretty good at raids and iron hands is my main go-to for terra raids and he is fighting and he has to have belly drum and that one fighting move that will one shot most poke'mon with it but it usually does pretty decent damage in most raids but i hate stat resets and shit that was difficult OH and the energy renew move that was useful....like i said, he hooked me up, but when we played he used to get frustrated with me because i would get really high and THEN play so i wasn't listening very well.... but he dealt
