What kind of kid were you?

Arc @arc Oh man I could say so many things. I was the kind of kid who got a bad stomach ache eating too many sweets, so I mainly got chocolate or other rare top tier stuff. I was also a kid who got so scared of his first haunted house in someone's garage while trick or treating I ran out crying. My mom tried calming me down saying none of it was real but then I wailed, "Then how do you explain the boots in the toilet!?". My mom laughed which made my crying even worse. Apparently I was very afraid of boots sticking out of a toilet.

Floral Mommy ® @wei_ying You sound like a very cute kid XD. You do remind me of my eldest sister though with candy. She can eat sweets but she hardly ever does... we tease her for it XD, but some people aren’t candy obsessed freaks like me or my twin XD

Writing-senpai! XD Please, give me tips. I’ve been thinking of getting into writing lately and have written a few things, BUT! I suck at it... I feel like punctuation placements suck and my writing could just be better in general. I also suck at focusing on dialogue for some reason (at least in my eyes)

Arc @arc Yeah I was the same way when I started out. When I was taking courses in college my teacher said to just write a lot. It can be complete garbage but don't worry about it. Just try to convey the feelings and emotions you want to get out there first and then start editing it down. Think of it like painting woth broad paint strokes and then adding detail. Also don't start off writing novels. Start with short stories. Also there are free story writing ai tools out there if you get writers block.

Floral Mommy ® @wei_ying Yeah, I definitely went with shorter stories and plots already. I am doing my best to convey the emotions or feeling I want... I end up making it silly but I don’t mind that either XD
