Arc @arc Man, inflation sucks. Shoping for a house sucks. All around shitty year but hey, at least we are not dead from covid. Silver lining. How have you been?

neeto @neet_one I've been wishing I was dead from covid, because shopping for a house with inflation sucks.

Arc @arc I wish I could say I'm optimistic it will get better, but I literally saw a new home go on the market today that has a zillow estimate HALF of what is is listed for. They want a 200k profit on a garbage house they bought 2 years ago. Already has 60 saves on the house.
