It stems from an old japanses wives tale about how a nosebleed was a males 'lust' leaving the body. Men (especially older men) typically get more nosebleeds then women so it became synonymous with perverted old man behavior.
Also interesting is the concept of sneezing because someone is talking about you. Yet another cultural habit.

While its true the cops won't do anything. The state usually files a report and opens up a restraining order. Another important thing to know is that it will be on file. Just know that if she has no interest in you at all, and your getting into their personal business that you may well be inserting yourself into a crazy situation.

i think there is, somewhere i saw like 3 versions and a 4th 4-Koma strip version not to mention the LN and the original 2ch posts.
Though i've only read Ishida's "economic" version tbh b/c i liked his artstyle so much.

I cannot think of any weaknesses.
I might be too frigid. But people making cutesy faces or puppy dog eyes at me piss me off and it doesn't work on me.
Kids are not my thing. Especially crying kids. I am capable of cleaning up a toxic byproduct they produce in their diapers, but it's their attitudes that really turn me off.
I think... my weakness... is subtle manipulation and overpowering from my partner. Or a sudden change of heart where I'm not in charge anymore.
I think i have a soft spot for homeless people, even though I've been raised to avoid engaging with them at all costs.
Oh! People who are interested in paranormal happenings are intriguing to me, but it's not really a weakness...

Aye is true you know they could also regulate calibers after all certain bullets are meant for wounding and other straight for killing. Depending on the caliber is the amount of damage and death.
