I've had both systems and both are great systems no doubt. PS3 has better exclusives, and the Xbox has better online, but what would one expect since they actually have to pay. I'd go PS3 just because of the games. I like online but I don't play online that much.

I agree about the mood. Freezing is a good example. While of it was needed like the clothes flying off when a girl gets hit and the redundant shower scenes the stuff when Satellizer gets traumatized and tortured makes you understand her character more. Again not all of it was needed but some did make for key plot points.
