A couple things are happening: One, our generation is more likely to fornicate than previous (Nothing wrong with that) Two, the internet allows kids to access porn pretty early, my cousin was beating to it at 14 O.o, not me however. Three, the cost of abortion/morning after. Because, lets face it, sex isnt always planned. People who restrict abortion increase its cost to poor people who need it. I'm pro-choice but I prefer people to use protection, if I were to have sex I'd always use protection on my end. Finally, the fact is, women were married off to husbands by age 12-14 in most older cultures and started having kids right away, so its in a woman's DNA still - 100 -200 years is a scant time for genetic selection.

To many young girls are out there chasing dick without proper sexual education but instead shit they hear from friends and what they watch on tv. They think if they have a baby they're gonna have this happy family and everything will be alright.

Honey Boo Boo is the most terrifying thing I've seen on TV and TLC used to be a publicly funded channel. But yes, there's always been large percentages of teen pregnancy. A lot of it does have to do with lackluster sex education. But many conservative parents don't want their children to learn about safe sex, just abstinence which is why you have cases where people get STDs in the throat and not understand how that could happen, "But we didn't have sex! Just oral (sex)."

first @chibi : hahaahaha funny comment and second it's because there in't a middle way anymore sex has either become a taboo in some households and in other completly been accepted to much i mean their are surten thing you dont need to know as a child and other thing that you have too know example how to use a condom those who don't want their kids to learn that are technicaly saying my kid doesn't need to know how to protect his/herself
