Well, I know someone who's planning on starting to show me the anime tomorrow, so I'll ask her to skip the filler episodes. XD
I actually never really got into those other three series either. Naruto mainly because I really dislike like some of the characters, the others for the same reason as OP: because I know almost nothing about them other than that they're long and a huge investment of time.

True otaku never grow out of anime, it becomes them. I did go through a phase where I wasn't really watching anime but then I came back around to it. I just purchased three complete collections, Black Lagoon, Elfen Lied and High School of the Dead.
That was my way of saying "welcome", talking primarily about myself.

It was awesome, a good change from normal zombies, and I know that a lot of people had a proublem with the end of the story, yeah the guy did act selfish but I believe it was the right thing for the wrong reason, for I believe that to sacrifice a child is the only way for humanity to ever really die

I've tried to add the Con I'm going to but I can't find it. Is there anyone going to Sugoi Con in Ohio. It starts November 1st and ends on the 3rd.
