edit: (the "last straw" i was talking about happened in a designated study room at school that can only fit about 8 people usually i do go somewhere else or don't look like in the streets or a big train station, but this particuar situation was unnacceptable but me having to not look or go somewhere else is still bs anywhere i am aware that french kissing in public in america is percieved as acceptable by most but i also think that is due to oversexxed media socially conditioning the masses) Today was the last straw. I've been trying to extinguish my anger but can't any longer so here's a dislike vent, but I also want to discuss this with you guys in a constructive manner (after i vent lol). As a guy who's never even been on a date (tried and failed many times, not like I didn't try) I am really pissed off at people who are obviously showing off to everyone that they are couple or anything a little bit less than that. So for the constructive part, what do you think about public affection? Do you not mind seeing it? Would you do it? Have you done it? How does that work in your mind? If you have done it don't you care about the feelings you might be hurting around you, or was that the point? I'll admit some of it is jealousy (except when they're ugly lol) but most of it is just disgust of how basic feelings are directly attacked whether it was intended or not. To me it's a form of bullying and I'd never do it overtly for prolonged periods of time because I know how it feels to be around it. I'd be quick and discreet instead for public affection unless it's something passive like holding hands, THEN I could do it for a longer time in the open. p.s.: Don't tell me to chill out about this just answer the questions and agree with me to make me feel better =D

I saw Pocket Monsters: The Origin yesterday. It aired in Japan I think. Good adaptation of the game. It does fast skim through things, being only four episodes long but it sparked a lot of fond memories for me personally. There's also a little surprise at the end of the last episode for those that are getting the new X & Y game. Check it out if you want a 4-story high nostalgia boner.
