Yeah, the give up on people is the best advice, honestly. Not necessarily everyone, but don't expect too much from people, and, in turn, when you do nice things for people, make sure they deserve it, or you're not expecting anything in return. Yeah, the one month Soylent challenge is my inspiration. I mean, the one some youtubers have been taking it upon themselves to try. I think even the Soylent guy uses it exactly like you do Haruu. I might see how it works with different combinations. I think I'll try one solid meal a day and see how that goes.
