As long as you spread the Buresunach, I have no qualms with it.

Personality wise? I don't think so. Nothing would ever progress. I tend to wait for the other person to make a move before I do.

Well my best suggestion would be a Elgato Game Capture HD or Roxio Game Capture HD ^^

I would round out the form a bit, it looks flat, even for anime style. Also gradiate the tones a bit more so certain aspects of your body doesn't get lost in the shadows. I cannot tell where your leg ends due to the shaded background. Best way to achieve roundness is by making the cross hatching a bit more round to the body and not just straight. The anatomy might need a bit of a tweak but it's not bad either. Overall looks good.

Personally, I'm really shy and introverted, so it's hard for me to talk to guys I'm attracted to about my feelings. I can talk to them about everything but my feelings, so I ether tell them by text or email or something...

The human mind hates change. We have layers upon layers of defense mechanisms specifically designed to keep things staying exactly the way they are. For me personally, I try to evaluate the advice as objectively as I can rather than who it comes from and in what form/tone it comes in because otherwise it's easy to trigger excuses to dismiss valid feedback. Excuses like taking criticism as an insult or attacking the person rather than focusing on what they're saying. I'm not always successful but I try to at least stew about it for a while hahaha
