My father done many things that were inexcusable towards me, my mother, and siblings for many years. @nebeldstern Are you getting enough protein to recover the muscles? Also are you going light or going all out on the arms? I will go until I hit muscle failure and my arms will do the same thing, but it only lasts about 6 hours.
