What i do is i just leave the request there i dont accept or deny it that way they cant keep sending it...i mean defeats the purpose, but there isnt a way to block people

I get the feeling that a lot of people seem to think that Asians are some kind of alien species or something, but Asian is really nothing more than a race, they're still human just like you and me - the only real differences are their physical appearance and depending where they're from would perhaps mean a different upbringing. Chances are though most Asian women are no different to the white women you talk to so just speak to them like you normally would with white women and everything will just flow naturally. As long as you're not a creepy bastard who fetishizes over Asian women then chances are you'll do just fine, but don't block out the other women around you if that cute Asian girl says no when you ask her out so just keep an open mind about this kind of thing. I mostly enjoyed Downpour. The level design was great! Especially in that big monastery or church or whatever it was. I guess I got lucky in missing any bugs. Or they were minor enough for me to not remember them. Something I would recommend to OP-er or anyone thinking about picking the game up is to be sure to get ALL of your exploring throughout the city done with before completing too much of the main story line. I missed my chance for much exploring so the ending felt like it came too soon, too abruptly.
