Well I would like to, but to be honest I feel weird trying to talk to people when they're at work, which doesn't help given I start to feel awkward trying to talk to people I like in general.

You could come in when she's on break or when the store isn't busy. It gets really boring when it's too quiet and if she likes you and you're a regular then she might say yes if you ask her out. I say go for it, at least talk to her
