May I suggest a couple of theories why people put anime pictures as their profile pics. People with anime pics as profile pictures may have a number of reasons for doing it. The person may want to search for a soul mate and so doesn't want to fixate on physical appearance. The person may be insecure about their body for a number of reasons, not necessarily just because of "fat". A person may be paranoid about security, not wanting to release an image of them into the internet. Some may do it just for fun, showing their love for anime in their profile picture. Chances are that every person has their own personal reasons. Just putting those theories out there.

^^^ I get that. I seriously do. and for those, i wish them good luck. I, personally, just can't take a "female" seriously when the only thing I know about them is that they really like Asuna or Sakura or whatever chick they post. To me, until I see you either in person or on video, you're all guys in my book
