I'm not sure if this counts, but elfin Lied when the kids beat the dog to death. I've never cried over an anime, but that had me crying forever!

minato and kushina got a fucking sharp claw stab in both of their stomachs right after kushina gave birth ...it was sad i cry everytime i see that scene. XC

Ouch, yeah, the deaths in Fushigi Yuugi... so many feels.
Also, Shirley in Code Geass.
Sword Art Online gets me right in the feels too, but mostly in Mother's Rosario (light novel story).
