0 is a major antagonist in the Kirby series. It is the core/master mind behind Dark Matter, which is an army of black eyeballs that go around tainting/controlling all the land and its people. In Kirby's Dreamland 3, Kirby faces 0 and defeats it at the end. In Kirby 64, 0 is resurrected as 0^2 (hence the halo and angelic wings). Kirby faces and then defeats 0^2, ending the Dark Matter's reign once more.

o.o Oh no wonder it look so familar, I played the kirby series before. I though the main bad guys at the end was some dark matter guy that was shaped like a suit or armor

In Dreamland 2 you face Dark Matter Knight at the end, which may be the one you mentioned.

Can't help but find 0^2 to be my most favorite video game boss of all time. It has a simple, yet cool aesthetic, and comes with an awesome track.
