Why women get turned down?

Hmm... well, for me it isn't so much as getting turned down (I'm honestly too afraid to ever make the first move), but that most people in my area do not share any common interests with me. I live in a town where most people are rednecks. I don't go for hicks... That or all they want is a sexual relationship, which I am also not interested in.

It can be daunting to try to start a relationship when males are considered to be just exact copies of each other. Which isn't the case most people are different individuals I guess the way people approach can be copy and paste after a while. Just shows we need to show more of a hobby and productive lifestyle, Give it 125% to being unique. As for simple lies I can understand from that perspective. The key to a relationship is "Trust" , "Communication" and "Growth" If you can't have trust then there is no point. (Which is why I believe first impressions are the most important, which is a skill we all can work on male or female.) Also for the last poster I'm sorry for what you deal with, Most girls are far outside my common interest, I also have standards such as "no smoking,drugs etc".(fine with casual drinking but not drunks) Which seems to be common where I live.

We turn girls down like girls turn us down, some of the reasons are the same. Others are different. It gets complicated when you look closer....or simple since lets face it we guys got some simple minds when you get down to it.
