Don't touch the no no's

I am going to say that lack of will power isn't always the case for over weight. It is a lack of balance in life like with me work and life are hard to balance so is hard to make time for taking care of one's self. Responsibilities also increase stress and hectic life styles are what cause this. Past injuries and other factors are involved. Some people with little will power look like they are in great shape but drop dead of heart attacks anyway because of what they eat. Some people don't gain weight no matter what they eat. Another mayor factor is economic possibilities. Kids that could do more in a family with more money are sure to be more healthy. Specially if they could travel more and join classes and additional activities because the money was there. Those are the true factors why some people are in better shape than others . Is rare that someone wouldn't want to take care of themselves. Although there the ones that are extremely lazy but not all cases are the same. I only posted this because there were some post that lack definition.

Okay my big no's: Cheaters liars People who don't know what they want. People who don't show true interest despite saying they are. Close minded people limited by their own ignorance. People who lack care and kindness for others. People who expect more than they can offer from their partners. This is a big one because is so common. Lack of moral values only for love interest I am more accepting of friends and peoples past mistakes.
