Generally speaking, good conversationalists can make new friends or find a partners or get secret admirers quickly despite the fact that their inner demons are alive. What I have observed on this website: wholesome people who aren't good at maintaining conversations are known only by a few observant people, though they also post on the forums.

Any platform including Quora can be used for dating if the person is good at talking to most kinds of people (some people like me are difficult to because they aren't interested in discussing light-hearted topics with strangers in many cases).
