@yaasshat Yeah, it's a really interesting fusion between the hot toddy and something else. When gin is in mixed drinks it takes the back seat and allows the other flavors in the forefront so it was a good dynamic going on. One thing I did differently than the recipe is that I took a lighter to the orange peel to give it a smokey flavor. 100% will make again

That does sound good. I'm certainly no mixologist, but taking a lighter to the orange peel does sound like an excellent idea. Also, for an added citrus burst, I would've added a little orange or lime zest. Better yet, make your own candied citrus peels (VERY easy) for next time to try instead(They last a good minute, too.), for a sweet garnish. All in all, AI ain't so bad.lol

Holy crap, I just used Chat GPT to send off what would have been a very pissed off response to a ticket claim denial. The response was a lot less hot-headed than what I would have wrote. Holy crap this is so useful.
