Well the house thing because people (and companies) are buying up houses left and right. We have been looking here and can't find one for less than 300K that's on a piece of lot. I showed Arc what you can get from my hometown area for 300K and its basically McMansions that sell for 1M and up here. Its ridiculous. I don't know how anyone can afford a house now.

Well yeah but thats georgia tho, im still not sure what state i want my house in but im trying to gauge this around places that 1. Dont have tons of racism 2. Dont have a ton of dems 3. Allows guns. Which really narrows my search. I mean i can choose texas but that comes with its own issues. I moght settle around alaska but i need to do more research.

@Dyadka_yar drives a hard bargain lol im a home body so im not really interested in places with a ton of stuff to do. As long as i can find fairly decent grocery stores that have wide assortments of foods im good. I travel anyway so its no big deal.
