They admitted UAP's(The government doesn't call them UFO's) exist back in 2017... No one cared. It's like super man being Clark Kent and no one knows who super man is. A few go "What's that?!?!" and the rest go "I see nothing.". And we wonder why things are seemingly going to shit, we're dumb herd animals.

The thing about the UFO is even if they admit they are real. Wtf are we supposed to do about them? Omg there are UFO life might exist on other planets, ok so now what? There really is no reaction to this other than a bunch of i told you so comments. Its not like we are gonna invite them for tea.

Oh, I know. Except, it would shake faiths world wide and people would panic over if it's a threat or not. Every heard about the war of the worlds radio broadcast in the thirties? People legit freaked out over thinking a radio show was the real thing.

Well people are gonna panic regardless i mean look at the various scares for things we had that turned out fine. Some religions mention aliens in their religious texts. It really would only shake those who mention nothing about it. Im not sure butbi think christianity mentions aliens (almost said asians idk why) but i think some will then turn the aliens into a faith and blah blah blah. I dont think it will cause much panic unless they were hostile. But judging from no onown attacks it wouldnt be likely but still possible

I remember in 2017 when Tom Delonge (formerly of Blink 182) went on JRE to talk about being approached by the US Gov re all their classified UFO things. Of course, people who reject UFO/alien anything thought he was crazy, thinking he was just an over-zealous musician with a hobby. He's still working for them at the To The Stars Academy lol.

Well that's the thing. Most people just run to the assumption that it is extraterrestrial aliens. Could be foreign military experiments, or even domestic military experiments from a different branch who is keeping the project a secret. Might be atmospheric anomalies of some kind or a different kind of supernatural event. Do I think it's possible that it's aliens? Yeah. Do I think it's likely? Not really.

No religion explicitly mentions "Aliens", certainly not Christianity. I've already seen enough "They're just demons!" in response to the multiple news interviews to know all it'd take is one hick with a shotgun to cause an issue. Just interesting to think about and it's not particularly political, yet.

The same people who dont believe in aliens or find it far fetch is a combination of the government telling them it doesnt exist you are crazy, and seeing is believing. If an atheist who doesnt believe in god all of the sudden believes in aliens it seems very hypocritical. You cant see it, there is no proof. Some people believe the moon landing was faked. Some believe the earth is flat. It just happens

People are stupid. I don't know if this adds to your argument or goes against it, but people proclaim to have had first hand experiences with god and/or the divine while some have proclaimed to have first hand experiences with UFOs and aliens. Seems like they can really fall into the same catagory.
